Four weekends. Where yoga meets modern movement science.

ALIGNMENT . STABILITY . STRENGTH

What if you could understand the body beyond the poses?

The 110 Yoga Teacher Training offers a fresh, science-informed approach to yoga rooted in modern movement principles, breathing mechanics, alignment, and stability. Over four weekends, you’ll learn how the body works, why we move the way we do, and how positioning influences strength, mobility, and overall function.

Most of us were never taught how to move. We learned to stretch what feels tight, push for more flexibility, and work around discomfort without understanding what might be driving it. At 110 Yoga, we take a different approach. Rather than chasing symptoms, we look deeper to address the underlying movement patterns that may be contributing to recurring tightness and limitations.

You’ll experience the 110 Methodology in your own body, develop a deeper understanding of movement, and learn how to apply these principles to help yourself and others move with greater strength, control, and confidence.

This is about more than becoming a better yoga teacher. It’s about becoming better at movement itself, understanding the body in a completely different way, and learning how to share that knowledge with others.

WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT?

Most yoga trainings focus on learning poses. We focus on understanding movement.

You’ll explore how the ribs, pelvis, breathing, and joints work together to influence stability, strength, and mobility. Through posture clinics, progressive sequencing, and practical teaching experience, you’ll learn the 110 Methodology from the inside out.

The goal isn’t simply to memorize a sequence. It’s to understand what you’re teaching and why.

BUILD YOUR STACK. MOVE BETTER.

When the ribs are stacked over the pelvis and the joints are organized efficiently, the body no longer has to rely on compensation, gripping, or excessive stretching to create movement.

Through intelligent sequencing and alignment-based flows, you’ll learn how to restore access to mobility through stability, improve movement options, and create lasting change both on and off the mat.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher, athlete, or simply someone who wants to move and feel better, this training goes beyond chasing flexibility and temporary fixes. You’ll learn to identify the root causes of common movement limitations and build a body that is stronger, more resilient, and better supported for everyday life.

Flow smarter. Feel better. Teach with purpose
